INTRODUCTION
International Conference on Compressor and Refrigeration (ICCR) is listed as International Institute of Refrigeration Series Conference, originating from the International Compressor Technique Conference (ICTC), which started in Xi’an, 1993. Since then, eight ICCRs have been held in China. ICCR is known as one of three famous international conferences on compressors and refrigeration, together with International Compressor Engineering Conference which is held by Purdue University and International Conference on Compressors and their Systems which is held by City University of London.
This conference is an important academic conference in the field of compressors and refrigerating technology, offering attendees an opportunity to discuss the current technique, information and products. Based on the strategy of innovation-driven development, the innovation technologies and the future development of the positive displacement compressor, turbo compressor and their systems compressor will be presented and discussed by the participants of this conference.

ICCR 2017 was held in Xi' an on July 20-22, 2017. More than 300 experts and scholars from the UnitedStates, Britain, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Korea, Japan, Egypt, South Afica, Pakistan participated in the conference and discussed about the new technology of compressor and refrigeration.
